Lesley is National Chair for the UK Institute of Export & International Trade (IOE), and is vastly experienced as both a trainer and mentor. Lesley draws from employment experience in senior international commercial and marketing roles with blue chip organizations in Europe and South East Asia, and has run CMC Marketing since 1992.

Paul spent many years in a senior global financial role with ICI, during which time he has visited most countries and lived and worked in four. His own business Camac Interlink has been running since 1991 and has supported companies in a variety of business sectors.

John sold machinery for 8 years across the globe, mainly into North America, and 8 more years selling interior products into the markets of Europe, before setting up Exportaid in 2001. Exportaid now supports businesses in more than 60 countries.
